The future of pickleball continues to shine bright as the Association of Pickleball Players (APP) unveiled today the 2026 APP U.S. National Team roster. Joining the U.S. team are 11 of the fastest-rising pickleball professionals in the world, dedicated to representing the APP at home and abroad.

The 11 players were carefully selected based on a variety of criteria, including current rankings and ratings, tournament results, head-to-head match results and overall development potential. The team includes a four-time APP U.S. Collegiate champion, a 2025 APP Tour bronze medalist, the No. 1-ranked APP Next men’s player, and the youngest-ever member of the APP U.S. National Team at 14 years old.

The 2026 APP U.S. National Team roster features: Boone Casady (16, Pacific Palisades, CA), Ford Casady (16, Pacific Palisades, CA), Jae Centonze (19, Belleview, FL), Averry Chew (17, Tustin, CA), Tristan Dussault (17, Orlando, FL), MJ Greiner (14, West Palm Beach, FL), Dylan Lewis (18, Palm Harbor, FL), Mary Monson (17, Kaysville, UT), Abigail O’Kelley (18, Harrison, TN), Ben Slive (16, Boca Raton, FL) and Julian Slive (16, Boca Raton, FL).

“I am so proud to introduce the newest members of the APP U.S. National Team, now in its fourth year,” said APP Founder Ken Herrmann. “These players have been nothing short of remarkable as part of the APP Next program, and now will take a crucial next step as they work towards becoming full-time pickleball professionals. This is the hallmark of what the APP is all about.

“This year’s APP U.S. National Team is loaded with talent,” Herrmann continued. "We just witnessed Mary Monson win multiple collegiate national championships for Utah Tech a few weeks ago. Jae Centonze is currently the top ranked APP Next player, and Tristan Dussault had a breakout event in last December’s GEICO APP Tour Championships when he earned the bronze medal in men’s singles, and MJ Greiner is making history as the team’s youngest-ever member at just 14 years old. Averry Chew, Dylan Lewis, Abigail O’Kelley and the Casady and Slive brothers have all stood out in a big way as part of the junior circuits.”

Herrmann will serve as director of the APP U.S. National Team in addition to his role as APP Founder. Former collegiate coach and current APP Tour broadcaster Chad Edwards and current AARP Champions Division APP Tour pro Lee Whitwell will serve as head coaches for the APP U.S. National Team.

The Fort, the APP’s global headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is the official training and development home of the APP U.S. National Team.

APP Next events are the world’s only pro pickleball player development programs, offering the younger generation of pickleball players valuable coaching opportunities from APP Tour professionals while competing in multi-day prize-money tournaments. The APP U.S. National Team expands upon this circuit, with an elevated focus on mentoring and training. More information is available at TheAPP.global/APP-Next.
