The Association of Pickleball Players (APP), the nation’s preeminent pickleball organization for professional, amateur, and recreational pickleball players, announced today that Sunmed, the Official CBD and Hemp Product Partner of the APP, has been named the title sponsor of the 2023 APP Sunmed St. Louis Open, slated for August 9-13.

The 2023 APP Sunmed St. Louis Open will be held at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center, located in the heart of the city’s historic Forest Park. The venue has capacity for 40 pickleball courts and features a dedicated Stadium Court which will be the centerpiece of the event, due to be aired on CBS Sports Network.

Sunmed’s addition of the St. Louis event title sponsorship brings the company’s total tally of 2023 APP Tour event naming rights agreements to five, starting with the APP Sunmed Punta Gorda Open which kicked off the 2023 APP Tour season in January. Sunmed was also named title sponsor for 2023 APP Tour events in Sacramento, Avalon and Atlanta.

Sunmed has also been a staple at all APP Tour events in 2023 with in-venue branding and on-site activation spaces where fans can sample the latest Sunmed products – including their Pain Relief Roll-on, Topical Spray and Topical Cream.
