Lexus Named Official Vehicle of 2023 APP Houston Open

Five-day event features Lexus Lounge for luxury VIP experience with food, beverage and comfortable courtside seating on Championship Court;

Elite pickleball action takes place Oct. 25-29 at Houston Memorial Park Tennis Center

The Association of Pickleball Players (APP) announced a partnership with Lexus as the Official Vehicle of the 2023 APP Houston Open, building on a partnership established in 2022 with the new Lexus Lounge—an elevated VIP spectator experience that puts fans comfortably front and center to pickleball action.

The Lexus Lounge offers VIP fans a luxury courtside experience with a variety of food and beverage options while enjoying courtside views of the world’s elite pro pickleball players battling it out on Championship Court. Spectator tickets for the Lexus Lounge are now on sale via SI Tickets for $50, Friday through Sunday, Oct. 27-29.

Lexus is the Official Vehicle of four APP Tour events in Cincinnati, St. Louis, Chicago and now Houston. As part of this new sponsorship, the Lexus brand will be immersed in the 2023 APP Houston Open with in-venue branding and visibility, including vehicle displays, signage, social media promotion and inclusion in the APP Tour broadcast on CBS Sports Network and livestream coverage on APPTV via YouTube.

The 2023 APP Houston Open will take place October 25-29 at the Memorial Park Tennis Center in the heart of Houston’s historic Memorial Park. The venue features 25 courts, including a centerpiece Championship Court featuring stadium-style seating. Hundreds of players are expected to compete in this year’s tournament. Amateurs of all ages and skill levels will compete alongside the sport’s elite professionals in singles, doubles and mixed doubles events.

Tickets for the 2023 APP Houston Open are available via SITickets.com for $15 each. Kids ages 12 and under can enter for free with a parent or guardian. Tickets will also be sold on site at the Houston Memorial Park Tennis Center, which features 24 pickleball courts and opens at 8 a.m. local time each day of the tournament.
