Event fees

• Player Entry Fee is $115, granting the athlete credential.
• Amateur Division Fee - $40
• Pro Division Fee - $160
• AARP Champion Pro Division Fee - $140
• AARP Masters Pro Division Fee - $120
  

Moneyball Payouts

Prize money will be awarded based on participation - minimum of 8 players/teams will pay a minimum of $150 for singles 1st place and $300 for doubles 1st place team. As registrations grow, prize money will increase and possibly payout a 2nd place winner.

Registration and Weather Insurance Policy

If you withdraw before the cancellation deadline, you will be issued a full refund, less the cancellation fee, without the need to purchase Registration Insurance.

During registration, you may choose to purchase the Registration & Weather Insurance in the event that you have to withdraw from a division or the entire tournament after the cancellation deadline, as stated above. Please see the policy for specific coverage details.

Cancellation Policy

If you withdraw before the registration closes, you will be issued a full refund, less the withdrawal fee of $50.00. If you withdraw from the tournament AFTER registration closes, you will only be able to receive a refund IF you have purchased the Registration / Weather insurance.

As well as being able to watch the very best pro players in the world up close, pickleball fans will be able to take part in a fantastic range of fun on-court activities throughout the 2026 APP Sacramento Open benefiting Shriners Children's™ Open, all free within the cost of a GA or VIP ticket - just make sure to bring your paddle!

The activities will include:

• Beat The Pro / Demo Court, where players will be able to test their skills in rapid-fire games against some of the best pros in the world.
• Champ of the Court, where the Queens and Kings of the court will be crowned in recognition of the mighty skills!
  

These activities will be open each day of the event, and will be led by APP Ambassadors who will make sure that everyone who takes part has an incredible APP experience. You won’t need to sign up, you’ll just join the fun when you can, and it’s all included in the price of your ticket.
